The project
The challenge
The clients were leaving the country for four months before construction started, with very limited contact due to time zones. Every decision had to be made before they left.
The approach
Detailed planning sessions with the clients, architect and interior designer locked in every selection up front. Weekly photo updates kept them in the loop from the other side of the world.
The result
A finished home, cleaned and stocked, the day before the clients flew home. They walked in straight from the airport.

Every decision upfront
Planning sessions with the clients, architect and interior designer meant every major decision was made before they boarded their flight.
Fixed properly
When we found areas of water ingress during construction, we fixed them properly rather than building over the problem.
Airport to front door
The build was completed the day before the clients returned. They walked in straight from the airport.
