The Experience

Design development
We get involved early, alongside your architect and designer, working through pricing, buildability and materials before anything is locked in.

The build
A fixed crew, a tidy site, and regular onsite meetings every one to two weeks, with budget, timeline & design updates as the build progresses.

Completion & beyond
A full quality control checklist signed off together at handover, then a three-month defect period. If something isn’t right, we come back and make it right.

Led from the site, not the office.
Ridgeline Builders is a family-owned building company based in the Bay of Plenty. We build architectural new homes, renovations and reclads, and fit outs for people who care how the finished work looks up close.
We keep the team small on purpose. The same crew runs a job from design development through to handover, so the standard on day one is the standard on the last day.
The company is led by Tom Harper, who spent more than a decade on high-end residential sites before starting Ridgeline. He still runs every job from the site, not the office.
Good communication, careful planning and a tidy site are not extras here. They are how we work on every project, from the first meeting to the day you get the keys.
