The project
The challenge
A bare shell in a heritage building, a fixed opening date, and a client whose whole business is noticing detail.
The approach
We prototyped the key joinery elements in the workshop before anything went on site, and ran a single point of contact so the client never had to chase a trade.
The result
A workspace that reads as one piece of joinery. Delivered on the date, and the client has since sent us two of their own clients.

Prototyped first
Key joinery elements were built in the workshop and signed off before site work started, so there were no surprises.
One point of contact
The client dealt with one person for the whole job. Every trade was scheduled and briefed by us.
Delivered on the date
A fixed opening date set the programme. We built the schedule backwards from it and held it.
