The project
The challenge
From the day the family got the keys we had six months to transform the property and have it ready for Christmas. Part way through, the scope grew to include a full rebuild of the garage.
The approach
Heavy planning, tight scheduling and a bigger crew than usual kept the programme on track. We coordinated every trade around a fixed handover date and held it.
The result
An open, modern layout for family living that still reads as a villa from the street, handed over the week before Christmas.

Six months, door to door
From keys to Christmas in six months. Planning, scheduling and resource management kept the programme on track.
Scope grew mid-build
The garage was added to the scope part way through. We expanded the crew and reworked the programme to hold the date.
Character kept
A complete reconfiguration created an open, functional layout while keeping the villa character the family loved.
